So this is our guild's build. We were wondering if anyone has any suggestions for how we can improve.

Number of players:8

I wonder why that necro is there...If you want to let him run, there are better options. Just use an LoD or something.
Your ele is pretty useless too. His enchants will be pwned by grenth, and then he's useless. Better use a water ele with Water Trident imo. That skill alone gives quite good protection against their melee. Add snares on him too, and you have a way better character than your current one.

The necro is there to help repel gankers, we've been using him to run the flag out of base and then the Elementalist windbornes the Grenth (if avatar is down) or a warrior to grab the flag and bring it to stand.

Build in general:

- More Aegis? You've got /Mo secondaries, might as well put a third copy to round out the chain.

- What is the runner? Flashbot? Necromancer?

Warriors: You're making poor use of the adrenaline from Steady Stance.

You might have one W/A with: Savage Slash/Distracting Blow, Steady Stance, Desperation Blow, Drunken Blow, Final Thrust, Healing Signet, Dash, Signet of Malice. That's a mobile Warrior with condition removal, and you don't need to spec in Strength at all. The other Warrior could be W/Mo with Mending Touch or whatever you want. As it is, you've got a FotM, but a bad variation.

Mesmer: Dump Spiritual Pain. It serves no purpose other than damage, and it looks like you've got more of a pressure build than a spike. Bring PD for e-management and interrupting, or Guilt/Shame, whatever. Right now you've just dumped a ton of popular crap onto the Mesmer bar, and are hoping it does some good.

Elementalist: I'm wondering why you've got a Flashbot with dual attunements... you can do better for your elite slot (E-prod might be a better idea), and you could put use some Heal Party as well (you've maxed out your Energy Storage, might put it to use).

You seem to be putting a lot of hope that they are running a very standard pressure build. Any condition or hex heavy team could mow this down as you only have one real way to remove either of those two problems. Combined with no Heal Party or LoD spams, and heavy degen can easily wipe you.

Also, who do you split offensively against spike teams? Your frontline seems very split unfriendly, the necro is the "runner" I believe, so unless you split your midline, you'll have to just try to duke it out with them. And that might not end well since you only have two key prot spells to use...
